Monday, March 16. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Williams.) Hamilton and others y. Hull.—Action for indemnity against liability on 200 shares of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, purchased in London. Mr F. R. Chapman with him (Mr Sim) for the plaintiffs, and Mr-Hosking for the defendant. The hearing of this case was resumed. Mr Chapman moved for decree, and Mr Sim followed on the same side. The facts are, as already stated, complex, and the law points involved are intricate, and difficult in the extreme, and argument upoD them occupied the court until late in tae afternoon. Mr Hoaking argued for the defendant, and his argument was not completed when the couri adjourned. ' ' The court rose at 4.30 p.m.
