BOWLING.
A very enjoyable game was played on the Rosiyn green on Saturday last between tbe colts of the Dunedin Club and those of Rosiyn. These contests among the younger players of clubs seem to infuse a great deal of interest into the game of bowls. There is a possibility of two or three rinks of the Kaituna Club playing the juniors of Rosiyn ou the Rosiyn greeu t'exfc Saturday. The following is the result of Saturday's match :—
Rosiyn—J. T. Btirnard, G. G. Cripps, R. Scott, W. Macdonald (s) 32 played Dunedin—W. Smith, G. Lorimer, T. Murray, J. Shelton (s) 16. J. Fulton, A. Munn, J. Gibson, A. E. Bone (s) 20 played J. Sykes, A. Wallace, J. White, J..Gilmour (s) IS. O. Balk, A. M'Donald, J. Scoular, R. R. Taylor (s) 21 played J. Hood, W. Murphy, W. Ibbotson, 0. Foster (s) 20. Totals : Rosiyn, 73; Dunedin, 52.
