3SEr Martin, S.M., gave judgment to-dsy in the oasa against Mr Orr, chemist, for not closing on the half holiday. For the prosecution it was contended that the defendant sold artidea other than medicines. The magiutrivte Baid that section 4, subsection 2, of the 1894 tot provided that aefcemiet could open for the rale of medicines and surgical .appliances only jn oases of urgency.
