The Times, discussing the American Coramission on the Venezuela frontier difficulty, believes it to be without, sufficient weight to influence opinion outside tha United States. It declares Mr Conderc, one of its members, to be biassed, as he recently denounced Groat Britain as the bully of the world.
New York, January 3. Commercial men iv the city strongly censure President Cleveland's actioD, and advice that tho question should be submitted to arbitration.
