He informs us tijat the mern.be.rs of t)ie English syndicate interested in the venture were fully satisfied with the surpess of the experiment. The meat came out in spli'iulid condition with the exception of a few carcases, which ware of a very poor quality when (shipped, and realised prices exceeding the expectations of the promoters. Mr Prentice leaves for the so afjh this evening to tnake. an exhaustive inspsctjop of the southern' freezing works as to accommodation oE meat intended for shipment, alsp as to the quantity likely to be available for taking Home in regular shipments. He will afterwards report to the syndicate at Home.
