Auckland, July 27. — The directors of t!ie Norfolk riiino, Taraua, accepted thw following terms today fronv the English purchasers :— £ij'4,o(ll) to be the capital,.the buyers to deposit £10,000 by way of guarantee and to provide £iO,llL'O aa working capital, half to be immediately available; the -Norfolk shareholders to receive ;21,'J45..-.shares paid-up, the Dunedin 7670 shares, 'Mia .Sunbeam and lCxcelsior Mi)o between them. — 'X\w Try Fluke crushing is 2370z of nold for four weeks.—Alpha shares rose from,49 to ss, owing to the raseipt of a tabli-gram .stating that th« sale negotiations were proceeding very favourably.—A cablegram ■ received to-day.-confirms the news of the floating of the Waitekauri; Extended Company in London.—A London ageut is negotiating lov the purchase of the Alpha mipo.'si.syndicate for tlie Sheridan (Tapu) mine.— Tut!
