Judgment for the plaintiff;-with costs, was given m the following uhdefehded cases .—New Zealand Tablet Company.v. D. Humphries (Palmerston North), claim £2 12s 6i, for almanacs Buppliad (Mr Callan appeareii for plaintiff*); Pryor and Co. v. Win. Smith (Middlemarch), claim £\ it 9d, goods supplied : Henry W. Pnillips (assignee of the book debts of Ungherer and Phillips) v. Eiward Kvans, claim £3 Ufe, for aerated waters ;, James Connor (for whom Mr Calvert appearsri) v. Philip Joues (Gore), claim £2 9s, meals supplied ; Klizabei-h Landells v.,Char(es-Turner (Christchurch), claim £S, for board (ilr Adams appeared for plaintiff). F. A. Hooper and Co. v. Margaret Laverty (Hyde) —Claim '.£2O 18s 2d.—Mr James appeared' for plaintiffs and Mr Sim for defendant. —After evidence his Worship reserved his decision.
