The Misses Hardie piayed a piano dnet and Miss Himmell a violin soio, while two double quartets were rendered under the leadership of Mr Braik. Humerou3 readings w«ace given by Messrs J. A. Somersille and Dobson. ~The duties of accompanist were carried out by Bliss Davys. During an interval some of the work done by the children wss handed round for inspection, and W3s much admired. At the conclusion of the programme Mr E. Chisbolm proposed a vote of thanks to the performers and to the chairman for presiding, and this was carried by acclamation; and a very successful concert was brought to a close by all singing " God save the Queen,".
