Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report that there has been a fair dsmanrt for laud lately, and they have sold the following tussock sections on the Waicola estate, near Nightcaps, at satisfactory price.s :—Section 1, containing 237 acres to Mi' John Fisher, of Invercargill ; sections 5 and 6, comprising 349 aOr 20p'. to Mr William Taylor, of Wairio ; section 7, containing 176 a3r 9p, to Mr Timothy Flynn. of Wairio; sections 8 and 9, 333 a lr 15p, to Messrs James and Thoma3 Beck, of Wairio ; and section in. containing 16Sa Or 17p, to Mr David Dickson, of Wairio. The Mutual agency Company of New.Zealand (Umited) report offerinc at their rooms on Saturday, 20th inst; (under couduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand) sections 2. 3, 4, block XXXII. sections 184, 185* 186, and 187, and parts of Bections 195 and 196' block XXIV, with parts of closed roadlines. adjoining Tokomairiro district, containing 469 acres Thare was a large attendance of buyers and others' interested in the sale, and after spirited bidding the property was knocked down to Mr J. A liuthie at £8 15s per acre. i,.
