Stratii-Taieri.—Mr-Andrew Harvie applind to be allowed to pm-chase section 7, block V, StrathTaieri district, held by him under perpetual lease. —It was resolved that the Minister be recommended accordingly. Miscellaneous Applications.—The following applications were ■:—To exchanße perpetual lease for leas,e in perpetuity: John Murray, section 1, block XI, Dunback district. To complete purchase of deferred . payment sections: Itobsrt Richardson, section 4, block XII, Benger district; Mary Bayly, section 10, block VIII, Waihemo district. Tiger Hill.—An application by Francis Lee to transfer sections 40 to 43, block I, Tiger Hill district, held under lease in perpetuity, to Edward Lee, was approved. ' ■ -„ Silver Peak.—Frank Percy Stronach applied to bs allowed to transfer small grazing run, section 1, block VII, Silver Peak district, to John Pettigrew.—The application was approved.
