There were 10 claims for sis unclaimed dividends. It was resolved that the amount of unclaimed dividends in hand be divided pro rota among the persons claiming the same, subject to their all signing an agreement to'that effect. A letter was read from the National Coursing Club asking the D.J.C. on what terms they would let .them ,the grounds, and stating that they would take over the entire management of the coursing.—lfc was resolved that the matter be referred to the Plumptoh Committee to report. ' ■•; '

The Otago honnds meet to-morrow afteraoon at Halfway Bush, the rendezvous as usual being at Mr Kedzlie's. No postponement will be made this week unices the weather is extremely boisterous.
