Time Ball at Port Chaxukrs. New Zealand mean time at noon, calculated for the meridian of longitude, in time 11 hours SO minutes east of Greenwich, will bo signalled once a week by a timß ball dropping at the instant of mean noon. A blue flag will be hoisted at the mast-head. Port Chalmers signal station, on the forenoon of the day when the time signal is to be given.
