Surgeon-captain Will's fourth ambulance lecture to the Engineers at the Garrison Hall ou Monday evening was very instructive. The subject of fractures was continuad, the lecturer explaining how rifle, sword, scabbard, &c, could be used for the purpose of splints. Attention was afterwards directed to the various kinds of insensibility, &c. In view of the Easter camp, the Engineers purposa adopting a new working uniform.
