Aa international gang of forgers presented forged circular notes on Colitis's Bank simultaneously at Paris, Barcelona, Bologna, acid Frankfort. The leader has since been arrested. St. John's, July 26. Sir J. Wniteway, ex-Premier of Newfoundland, has been unseated and disqualified for bribery. Thirteen members have now lost their seats on this account.
