Fenton (Napier), claim -£32 &s 10d, -on a dishonoured promissory note; D. Benjamin and Co. v. James Tocker (Feafcherston), claim £18 03 Bd, on a dishonoured promissory note; Kearns and Sons (for whom Dr Fitchett appeared, on behalf of Mr Solomon) v. Thomas 6. Kenny (Timaru), claim £9 18s, for goods supplied and interest (judgment to £9 16s); S. SlesiDger (for whom Dr Fitchett appeared) v. Adam Baillie (Winchester), claim £6 12s, for goods supplied; William Hutchinson v. John Burns (Mikiwaka), claim £1 3s 6d, for goods supplied; Thomas Paterson (for whom Mr A. S. Adams appeared) v. Matthew Mortimer (Hampden), claim £12 8s 3d, on a dishonoured promissory note. ____________
