THE WAIPORI RIVER. Our Waipori correspondent writeß :— " The nanager of the Jutland Flat dredge having relorted that he had received notice from his lirectors .that the Government declined to prolaim the Waipori river a receptacle for tailings, , meeting of the Miners' Association was held last 'hursday night, when the secretary was instructed o wire urgent to Wellington, pressing the importnee of having the river so declared.
