FAT CATTLE.

A fine lot of fat cattle were exhibited, tho bullocks especially being very fine. In the class " One bullock any age" Mr W. Patrick and Mr R. M'Kenzie were the exibitors, the animals shown by the latter coming from Wellington. Mr Patrick eecured tho first prize, but Mr M'Kenzie's beasts ran his very close. The exhibitors in the other classes were, besides Messrs Patrick and M'Kenzie, the New Zealand and Australian Land Company and Mr B. F. Lawrence, all of whom had on view.some remarkably good fat cattle. We are, however, unable to give the prizes in tho different classes in this morning's issue, as the judges had not handed in the award book yesterday to the secretary.
