(Received July 21, at 10.30 a.m.) The Miners' Federation Council by four to one refused to accede to the proposed reduction in wages, and declined to submit the matter to arbitration. It was resolved that a reply be sent declining to accept the terms of the colliery owners. (Received July 21, at 5.30 p.m.) The Miners' Federation have resolved to expel all districts not accepting their decision respecting the proposed reduction in wages. ■••■:■ (Received July 21, at 9.10 p.m ; ) The Miners' Federation have called out all the miners.
