Wednesday, April 19. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, par Tarawera, at 1.50 p.m. Late letters, guard's van, Port train, at 2.30 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, Samoa, Sandwich Islands, United States of America, Canada, South America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europa, at 10 a.m. Money orders at 9.15 a.m. on Wednesday, 19th. For registered letters, <fee, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, IStli. For book packets and newspapers at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 19th. Late letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage (2Jd) as a late fee can be posted in the mail vau attached to the North train, leaving Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on the 19th. The above mail will close at the branch post offices, North Dunedin and South Dnnedin, for money orders and registered letters at 5 p.m. | on the ISth ; letters at 9.31) a.m. and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 19th. At the Port Chalmers oilice nt 5 a.m. on the 19th, money orders and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 18th. The above mail will be due in London on 24th May. Friday, April 21. DIRECT MAIL SERVICE. The direct steamer Tainui will leave Lyttelton for Plymouth, via Rio de Janeiro, on Saturday, 22nd April. Mails close here as under :— For the United Kingdom and foreign countries (via the .United Kingdom), &c, on Friday, 21st, at 10.30 a.m. Registered correspondence, book packets, and newspapers at 9 a.m. on Friday, 21st. Parcels tn the United Kingdom, <&c. per Tainui will close at this office at 10 a.m. on the 20th. Letters for this mail must be specially addressed. Due in London June 2. Saturday, April 22. For Lyttelton, Christchurch, Northern Ports of New Zealand, and Sydney, per Waihora. (Letters for Sydney must bs specially addressed). For Lyttelton, Christchurch, Northern Ports of New Zealand, and Sydney, per Wakatipu. (Lettei-3 for Sydney must be specially addressed). Mails for Tahiti and Raratonga, per Richmond, close at Auckland at i p.m. on the 19th.
