CHALMERS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.

The atmUal meeting of the congregation of Uialmers Presbyterian Church was held on Thursday evening, the ltev. J. HI. Fraser presiding. There v/as a good attendance. The various reports which were read, and unanimously adopted, made it apparent that ail the agencies in connexion with tlie Congregation wtere in a flourishing condition. The finances of the church were in every way satisfactory. Addresses ileming D. M'Pherson, and A. Matheson, all the speakers expressing their gratification at the harmony and success which had attended the church m all its operations. A vote of thanks was awarded the treasurer (Mr Fleming) for the great care and attention he had bestowed on the duties of his office. The meeting was opened and closed with religious exercises
