Auckland, March 21,

The libel action brought by Mr Brigham, secretary to the Harbour Board, against Messrs Kelly and Baulf, proprietors of the Observer, in which the plaintiff claims L2OO, was concluded at the Supreme Court to-day. The jury awarded Sir Brigham the full damages claimed, L2OO. Costs are to be fixed on the lowest scale.
