Malls close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin (subject to any necessary alterations)as under:— For Northern Ports, overland,. daily at 10.30 a.m., C.P.O. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Mana■pouri, at 1.50 p.m. Late letters, guard's van, Port train, at 2.30 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, Samoa, Sandwich Islands, United States of America, Canada, South America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, at 10 a.m.Money orders at '4p.m.'and registered correspondence at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 22nd. Book packets and newspapers at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 23rd. Late letters, bearing an additional single rate of postage (21d) as a late fee can be posted in the mail ran attached to the North train, leaving Dunedin railway station at 11 a.m. on the 23rd The above mail will close at the branch post office, Dunedin North.-f or money orders at 4 p.m. and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 22nd ; letters at 9.30 a.m. and newspapers at 5 a.m. on on the 23rd. At the South Dunedih office, for money orders at 4 p.m., registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 22nd, and f orletters and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 23rd. At the Port Chalmers office at 5 a.m. on the 23rd, money orders at 4 p.m. and registered-letters at 5 p.m. on the 22rid. The above mail will be due in London on 27th April. Thubsday, March 24. For Southland, Australian Colonies (via Hobart), India, China, Japan, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, &c. per Tekapo, at 2.50 p.m. Money orders (for Australian Colonies only), registered letters, and newspapers, at 1.50 p.m. Late letters, guard's van, Port train, at 3.35 p.m. Letters for the United Kingdom must be specially addressed ;.
