Glenary Station is distant seven miles from Switzers, and 20 miles from the Riversdale Railway Station, the property being well watered by the Waikaia and other streams, which also form good natural boundaries. The buildings are very extensive and complete, and comprise an eight-roomed brick dwelling house, outhouses, woolshed, men's cottages, chaffhouse, good stable; while every other convenience necessary for the working of the property will also be found. One hundred and forty acres of the land carries a capital crop of oats; 160 acres also being in turnips, which promise well. Referring further to the flock,' we may say that it has been heavily culled this season, and there are now few (if any) broken-mouthed sheep on the place. Of the total number, about two-thirds are crossbreds, and the balance merinos; and it is estimated that the property could easily be made to carry 20,000 sheep. In concluding our remarks, we cannot too strongly recommend this property to the notice of the public, as it is without doubt one of the most desirable and profitable stations, either for investment or occupation, that has been offered of late. Easy terms will be arranged and facilities offered for the inspection of the estate prior to sale.
