Daily Times Office, Wednesday evening. The amount of customs revenue received to-day on goods cleared for consumption was £1431 13s
2d. The New Zenluid Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telegram from their London office, dated 12th inst. :—"Wheat: Stocks heavy and market deprossod. Quotations (uominal) -vinchanged since iast telegram." Messrs E. C. Reynolds and Co. report the sale by auction of the damaged portion of cargo ex Lindoves Abbey, at Port Chalmers, yesterday. There was a splendid attendance at the sale, and the bidding brisk. The Rangoon rice was all disposed of at'from L7 to L7 5s per ton.i.b. The enrnsacks were purchased in one line at 4s I'd per dozen.
