A letter was delivered at my house on which lOd was demanded as a line, and paid, and on calling at the post office to remonstrate 1 learnt the above fads Irom Mr Brills. 1 had, however, the comfort of learning that 1 had hundreds of fellow sufferers, and the timely publication of this warning may suffice to make the public conform to the strict regulations of the post ollice. These are that letters containing cards must be open altogether, the easiest plan being to fold the tlnp of the envelope inside the tetter.—l am, kc, December 29. Victim.
