Pillans, will sell hy auction, at the Crown Hotel, Balclutha, on Friday, 22nd January, 1892, at 1.30 o'clock, That Rich Agricultural Property known as the MANUKA ISLAND ESTATE, Situated on the banks of the Clutha River, five miles from Balclutha, containing about 7900 ACRES, In FARJIS ranging from 134- to 578 Acres. The quality of the land and conx-enient situation of the Estate is so well-known, that it is unnecessary to comment on the richness of the soil, or the many advantages it presents to persons in quest of first-class agricultural farms.
