LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

FRIDAY, JUNB 12. The Council met at 2 30 p.m. addbmsb-in-bepli. The Hon. Mr PHARAZYN, on behalf of the Hon. Captain Morris, gave notice to move the address-in-reply on Tuesday. A MARK OF BESPKCT. The Hon. P. BUCKLEY moved—"That the Council do now adjourn out of respect of the memory of the late Sir W. Fitzherberfc and the Hons. W. Reeves and W. S. Peter." In doing so the hon. gentlemen delivered a short eulogy on each of the deceased hon. gentlemen. The motion was agreed to and the Council adjourned till Tuesday,
