BLUESKIN PLOUGHING MATCH SOCIETY.

A meeting of the committee of the above society was held in the Saratoga House on Saturday evening. There was a good attendance. It was unanimously resolved to hold the annual match on Friday, July 3, on the farm of Mr Lewis, the match to be similar to that held last year—viz, single-furrows only, open to all-comers. From the enthusiasm displayed by the members of committee, and the interest taken in the movement by residents of the district generally, this year's gathering bids fair to be even more successful than that held last year. Given line weather, there should be a good turn out of ploughs, as the ground selected (adjoining the farm on which last year's match was held) is admirably adapted for a match of this description, being fairly level and in close proximity to the township.
