Valpabaiso, June G. (Received June 8, at 10 a.m.) The Etata surrendered 5000 rifles to the authorities at Iquique. The Chilian Minister in Bolivia has been withdrawn. The English and French Legations at Santiago, tho capital of Chili, have been burned.
