(Reoeiveil May 16, &t 11 a.m.) Tlio draft agreement between England d Portugal with reference to South African critory has been signed, and has produced , excellent effect in Lisbon. Portugal reives a triangular territory of 50,000 uare miles in extent, bounded by the ingwo and Zambesi rivers, and a line om Maranda to the junction of the Shire id Ruo rivers. England obtains a rectified ontier to Manica, and a right of passage for the Limpopo river. May 10. (Received May 17, at 6 p.m.) It is reported that England is negotiating ith Portugal for the purchase]'of Goa, a ost town and territory belonging to Porjgal in India. (Iteoeived May 16. at 11 a.m.) It is stated that tho King of Portugal is iclined to abdicate. The Government intend to issue paper urrency. There is a panic among the lepositors. It is reported the King is summoning a louncil of Republicans. Lisbon, May 16. (Received May 17, at 6 p.m.) The Portuguese Ministry has resigned. The financial crisis still continues. The iew Anglo-Portuguese agreement with rerard to South Africa will be discussed in the Dortes next week. (Special to Peess association.) Lisbon, May 16.
