The inquiry into the loss of the Cralgieburn has begun. The captain admitied that he had taken some liquor while going down the bay, but he insisted that he was not drunk, but was perfectly capable of performing his duties. If the tug's hawser had been properly fastened the disaster would not have occurred. THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CENSUS. Adelaide, May 16.
