RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TnunsDAY, May 14. (Before Messrs J. Ashoroft, and J. Angus, J.P.'s.)
Judgment was given for the plaintiffs, with costs, in the following undefended cases:— Nelson, Moat, and Co, v. P. Kane, claim £1 1b 6d for goods supplied; same v. L. Lefevre, claim £3 8s 2d for goods supplied; Dunedin Brewery Company (for whom Mr Sim appeared) v. J. M'Kay, claim £6 13s 4(1 for goods supplied; Innes and M'Farlane (for whom Mr Thornton appeared) v. A. Thomson, claim £2 5s for clothes supplied.
F. Wilson v. P. Carmody.—Claim £313s 2d, on a judgment summons. —Mr Thornton appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Hanlon tor the defendant.—After evidence, the bench refused to make an order.
