THE PORTUGUESE CRISIS.
[By Blbotbio Telegraph.—Coptbight.] (Special to Pbess Association.) Lisbon, May 13. (Received May 14, at noon.) Stocks have collapsed. The London and Paris banks are refusing to cash notes issued by the Portuguese banks. A revolution is looked upon as the probable outcome of the crisis, though it is doubtful whether the revolutionists would succeed in bringing about a better state of things.
