Great Northern Hotel, King street.—James Cummings to Joseph Toomey. ' Wharf Hotel, Rattray street.—Benjamin Bern to William Pacey. ; The election of a licensing bench for the Dunedin district for the ensuing three years will take ' place on Friday, April 17, and on the same date ratepayers will be asked to determine whether there shall be an increase of licenses or not during the same period.
