As a member of the Grand Lodges of England, Scotland, and Ireland, and as honorary member especially of No. ill, S.C, Dunedin, Kew Zealand, I desire to tender my moßfc sincere sympathy to the members of Otago Kilwinning Lodae, and of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Hew Zealand, Sonth 5.0., on tho decease of Bro.
