(Received February 14, at I a.m.) The report of the Bank of New Zealand states thafc the profits would admit of the payment of an interim dividend, but owing to the short time the directors have been in offltce they have decided to carry the balance forward. The position of the business of the bank shows distinct signs of improvement. The accounts will only be presented at the August meeting.
