BRIGADE SPORTS.

I The third annual •Rports held in connection with the North-East Valley Fire Brigade took place at a paddock at the North-East Valley yesterday, wheD, considering the boisterous nature of the weather, and the many counterattractions, there was a good attendance. An interesting programme was gone through, tha varons events of which were well oontested. During tho afternoon the North-East Valley Band enlivened tho proceedings with some excellent music. The following are the results of the different events:—

Boys' Rack, 220 yds. First prize, 10s; second 53,— Baird 1, Williams 2.

220 yds Handicap. First prize, 15s; second, 10s. Seven entries-M'Kab (syds) 1, Lloyd (10yd 3 ) 2. Hals1 milk Handicap. First prize, 15s; second, 10«.
