They hid instructed the inspector to proceed with the laying of drainage pipes on Surrey road when the daymen are not working at the footpaths.—Adopted. Tho Drainage, Wnti-r. nnd S.initnry Committee reported having referred a complaint re ulnlitsoil to the inspector, and accounts amounting u> £35 7s 4d to the Finance Committee.—Adopted.
