That none but license holdsra be allowed to depasture stock on the Hundred. 3. That license holders be allowed to depasture only the number of Btock allotted to them by the Ward ns. If it shall appear to tho Wardens that more stock is running ou the Hundred than is allowed, then tlie Wardens ehall cause a muster to be made, and tho licensee* running stock in excess of -the number allotted to them ns aforesaid shall be .liable to a penalty not i-xceeding five pounds (£5). 4. That no stock shall ba put on or removed from 4he Hundred without notice in writing having been sent to the Wardens at least 48 hours previously, intimating such intention to put on or remove stock itherefrom. 5. Any Ifeanse holder may be required by tho •Wardens of "the Hundred at any time to make a return of the cattle or sheep'depastured by him within Tihe said Hundred. fi. That no stock shall be driven over the Hundred unless notice in writing shall have been cent to the Wardens at least 24 houra previously. 7. Like Nature* own methods this pro«ms is slow but sure. The patent processes and substitutes which appear in rapid succession,and whicli .have in view chiefly the cheapening of the cost by reducing the long time required in itß manufacture, •have all hitherto failed in one or other of the properties possessed by White Lead made by tho old JDutch process, which still remains tho best known ■material for the. manufacture of Paint.
