The following oircular has been issued by Mr HS. Post entries may be accepted as usual in all cases of merely clerical errors or obvious mistakes discoverable on the face of an entry. " You will be so good as to explain this to importers and agentß, and point out to them that all depends upon themselves, and that they have nothing to fear so long as ordinary care Ib taken In correctly making out entries, also that whenever in doubt about any article the marking of the wordß ' for examination • againstit on the entry will be sufficient protection."
