Allotment 7, block XXXIX, St. Hilda, was Bold for £30; part allotments 2 and 19, block XXII, Dunedin, £175; allotment 60, block XXVII, Dunedln, with verandah cottage thereon, £490; and allotment 3, section 89, block VII, Dunedin, and allotments 16, 17, and 18, Kensington (£^so; were passed in.

The oat market is quite lifeless, no orders being on han-1 and local requirements being fully supplied.
