COLONIAL INSUEANCE COMPANY.
<Peb United Press Association.)
Wellington, May 15. At the annual meeting of the Colonial Insurance Compauy this afternoon the report and balauce sheet already telegraphed were unanimously adopted. Shareholders generally spoke favourably of the company, except Mr Warnock (of Auckland), who said that Auckland shareholders were dissatisfied at the company paying no dividend for four years, and therefore thought that the management was bad. Messrs J. Kirkcaldie and G. M. Kebbel were re-elected directors. Hearty votes of thanks were passed to the directors and officers.
