Thomas Brown was recalled, and plaintiffs' case was then closed. For the defence Mr Denniston called C. C. Kettle and John F. Woodhouse, the defendants. Counsel on either side addressed the court, after which ' _ His Honor intimated that he would go through tho. documents and reserve judgment. The court adjourned at 3.30 p.m. until Tuesday next.
