NEW ZEALAND BOWLINGASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the Committee of the New Zealand Bowling Association was held in the Grand Hotel last night and attended by Messrs W. Carlton (president), W. Dawson, A. Matheson T. R. Dodds, G. B. Smith, J. Scoular, D. Eus' sell, G. Capstick, E. Hogg, J. H. Morrison, and M. Sinclair.
Subscriptions were received from the InverSlri'cfubT™1 DuUed' n> Chr' stchurch, and
The Wellington Club was granted permission to play the medal match on the Wanganui green.
It was deemed inadvisable to accede to the application of the Naseby Club to play only two rmks for the medal match
Mr Dawson was added to the Tournament; Committee, and Mr T. R. Dodds was authorised to assist the secretary during the tournament Ihe programme for the tournament which was submitted was approved of and ordered to be forwarded to the various clubs. The tournament is to take place on the several Dunedin greens during the 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th February. The following is an outline of the programme :—
