Spring meeting took place to-day. The weather was again extremely fine, but there was only a moderate attendance. Their Excellencies Sir H. Enigma made the running until well into the straight for home, when Dainty and Lava caught her up, and Dainty secured pride of place after a splendid finish, iv which she defeated Lava by a head, Enigma being third, only a head behind the second horse. Time, 2min 44<fsec.

The race resulted in a victory for Carlyon by a length after a good finish.
