LOANS REPAYABLE BY INSTALMENTS. This Department is prepared to make Advances on Mortgage, not exceeding one-half of the value of the Property mortgaged, in sums of Money from £100 to £3000, repayable by half-yearly instalments extending over 12, 15, or 20 years, on the following terms:— Half-yearly Payment for each £100.
