In the following undefended cases judgment with costs was given for the plaintiffs:—W. Watson v. V. Almao, claim £4 11s 6d, for coal supplied; Dunedin Iron and Woodware Company v. W. M'Kay, £2, for goods supplied; T. Robertson v. D. Stewart, £1 3s 9d, for goods supplied; Oakden and Howell v. T. B. Bush, £11, balance due on a harmonium. Mercer Bros. v. P. Pilot.—Claim £1 12s lOd, for goods supplied.—Defendant admitted the debt, and judgment with costs was given accordingly. "- ' A. M'Kellar v. J. Little.—Claim £9 10s, on an I 0 U.—Mr Catomore appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment was given for £8 10s, with costs. A. Ford v. C. Banwell.—Claim 17s 6d, for damage to property.—Judgment was given for 3s 6d, with costs.
