Fiuday, June 17. (Before Mr E. H. Carew, R.M.)
R, Poole v. W. Smith.—Claim £2 9s, for rent. Judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed and costs.
Jolly, Connor, and Co. v. J. Littlejohn.—Claim 15s, for bills ordered by defendant for Mr Towsey for the Musical Union, of which defendant was a member.—Mr O.J. Hodge appeared for the defendant.—Judgment was given for plaintiffs for the amount claimed and costs.
™R. Park v. G. Young (Skippers).—Claim £12 2s 6d, for calls made by the Champion Gold Mining Company.—Mr Allan Holmes appeared for the plaintiff, who is legal manager for the company; and D. D. Macdonalcl appeared for the defendant, a shareholder.—Tho case was adjourned till Monday.
