A PROTEST.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I wish to ask is there to be no end of the infliction? Bannerman, Synod, Chair Mental Science, Mental Science Chair, Synod, Bannerman, we have had it ad nauseam. I have been a reader of the Times paper for many years and I never felt such a nuisance before. I feel quite a horror of the thing; the moment I take up my paper and see the names Synod, Chair, Bannerman, down goes the paper iv disgust ! I hardly like to give full expression to my feelings, but do spare us any more doses, and oblige myself and many more readers.—l am, &c, May 18. Old Subscriber.
