Thfl debate on the Address-in Haply was continued by Mr Harper, who made a langthy and powerful speech, delivering a strong indictment against the Government, more especially in regard to Mr Service's dispatches to the Imperial Government on the New Guinea question. (Received June 24, vi W.iO p m.) The Union Company's Tarawera sailed this evening for the Bluff. The same company's Waihora arrived fr >m the Bluff this morning. (Koceivod Juno 25, at 0 55 a.m.) The examination of the prisoners in custody for the Simpson's road bank robbery was continued to-day. The witness Yates, who has turned Queen's evidencs, gave his testimony. He stated that it was be who drove the cart in which were contained the proceeds of tho robbery, and furnished tbe Court with full details of the manner in which the crime was conceived and carried out, At the close of his examination, the proceedings we're adjourned until Friday next, Sydney, June 24.
